The Northern Virginia Chapter of the AGA is holding an Early Careers Mentoring and Happy Hour event on 1/15/2015. This event is a collaborative effort between the Early Careers and Membership Committees. The first hour of the event is the Early Careers Mentoring portion, devoted to our members with fewer than three years of experience. The mentors, being high-level members of government or the private sector (SES, partner, etc.), will discuss their experience, give advice and answer questions you may have.
The mentoring event will be held at Spider Kelly’s in Clarendon, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and will be followed by a membership happy hour to thank our current members and hopefully bring in a few more. We encourage you to stay and enjoy food and drinks with members of the chapter as well as the four mentors who will be in attendance. Please view and distribute the flyer. We look forward to networking with you on 1/15/2015!
